Hike Across MarylandTour de Frederick 2024At this month’s meeting we discussed plans for the 2014 Field Day. Once again we will be meeting in the parking lot at Wal-Mart most likely out by the street directly across from Ruby Tuesday. We are planning to have a 2 meter simplex contest in September. The contest is open to all hams and we will be posting more details soon. We are also planning a Fox Hunt for October with more details coming soon. I would like to thank Lou Popowsky KB3RNT for his presentation on batteries. Lou gave us a wealth of information on a variety of batteries inclding these two handouts.
