The FARC 70cm repeater has officially been upgraded. We now have a Yaesu System Fusion repeater with C4FM capabilities. Thanks to Mike Myers K3DO for the setup and install work. Grab a radio and give it a try.

Great on the Wires-X C4FM repeater. I plugged the info for it into
my Yaesu FTM-400-DR/DE radio and I can’t seem to bring the
repeater up or hear it ID on analog or otherwise. I understand
that the computer for the repeater went down but the
repeater could still be accessed by analog or digital, but it doesn’t
appear to be the case at the moment, I think it would at
least identify itself. Another question I have, is Wires-X/C4FM
digital mode like D-Star in the respect that ham users must
register with a local or regional D-Star organization and be
given access to the system? If so, I haven’t done that with
Wires-X, and how would I if it is required? The name is Kirk,
the ham callsign is KB3ONM, thanks.
There have been some issues with the repeater recently and we hope to have it fixed this week. There is no need to register for System Fusion. Once it is running you should have no problem getting in.
