The FARC will be hosting foxhunt on Saturday October 18. We will be meeting at the bandshell in Baker Park at 1:00 pm. Everyone is welcome.

This Saturday September 20 is our club 2m simplex contest. The contest will be from 7:00-9:00 pm. Participants will operate in the 146.4 to 146.61 range. The exchange is the call sign and name. Certificates for most verified contacts will be awarded for low power (10w or under) and high power (over 10w). Contestants can participate from their QTH, mobile or pedestrian mobile. Be sure to include your power category along with your logs. Submit your logs by October 20 to:

Its time for our monthly club meeting. Monday August 18 at 7:00 in the Social Hall at the Independant Hose Company on Baughmans Ln in Frederick. We have a lot to dicuss this month. We are also still in need of people to operate during the Gran Fondo bicycle race next Sunday. Hope to see you there.
